Because every Pet Pawtrait Co keepsake is handmade to order and features your pet's unique portrait, each order goes through a careful design and approval process.
Please allow:

2–4 business days for your artwork to be designed and emailed to you for approval.

Once approved, please allow 3–5 business days for us to carefully handcraft your keepsake.
During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
All products are proudly handmade in New Zealand.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from New Zealand via NZ Post.

Flat Rate Shipping: $9.70 NZD

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100 NZD

Delivery Time: Overnight delivery to most urban addresses after dispatch.
Please note that rural addresses may take an additional 1–2 business days and may incur a rural delivery surcharge.

Pet Pawtrait Co is not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched.
